We are so happy that you have chosen to visit our pool. Our goal is that you have a happy and memorable experience. To help you have the information you need to enjoy your visit, and for your safety, please review this guide prior to your arrival.

If You Need to Make a Change (add guests, amenities, more time)
You can add guests, amenities, and even time to your stay before and during your reservation using the Management Tab in Swimply. Anything that is possible to be changed can be changed in this tab!

Prior to arrival
Child Safety Gate
A child safety fence with a gate is installed surrounding the pool (pictured below). This offers families with small children the option of having an easy way to ensure safety when an adult is not in the pool.
If you do not want the fence up during your stay, please make sure you selected Safety Fence Take-Down in the premium amenities section so that we can be prepared for your visit. This can still be added under the management tab prior to your arrival!
Pool Heater
If you chose to include heating the pool in your reservation, the pool will be heated to 90°F prior to your arrival.
If you would like the pool to not be heated in advance and instead turn the heater on and off yourself upon arrival, please let us know at least 6 hours in advance.

Parking
Please park in the driveway and enter through the fence gate on the right side of the house (the right side as viewed from the street).
There is a child safety latch that you can open by pulling up on the top black knob.
Please help us keep the child gate closed and latched for the safety of our neighborhood children.
Furniture / Toys
Please feel free to use all chairs, tables, furniture, and umbrellas you find in the backyard, and to move the chairs and umbrellas around the deck as needed. The white plastic ledge lounger chairs can also be used in the tanning ledge. You may also use any floats that are out by the pool.
The zip line and playscape are also available for your use. To use the zip line, please read the Zip Line section below.
Please do not use any of the toys / children’s electric cars under the stable on the left side of the yard close to the playscape.
Cameras
On the playscape side of the house, you may notice a baby monitor style camera pointed at the playscape. These are used to monitor our children when they are playing on the playscape while we are indoors. Cameras are not used while guests are present. If you would like the cameras to be turned around during your visit, please let us know and we will be happy to do so.
During Your Visit
Controlling the Pool
An echo dot (Alexa) is mounted on the ceiling of the patio next to the downspout.
The pool lights and water features are completely controlled by these voice commands.
If you need to shut everything down (all pumps and lights) for any reason, you can say “Alexa, shut down the pool.”
Bathroom
You will find a private, fenced-in outdoor restroom on your left as you enter the backyard.
Internet / Wifi
Free high-speed internet is available for your use while visiting.
The wifi speed has been measured at 98 Mbps on the patio.

Food
Please feel free to bring in outside food and use any tables in the backyard to eat.
Most delivery services will deliver food directly to the back yard if so instructed, but if they do forget and bring it to the front door of the house, feel free to meet them there and pick it up.
Please do not bring in glass containers or glass of any kind, as this is a serious safety issue in the pool, on the deck, and in the grass.
Speakers / Music
Premium outdoor speakers wired around the pool area are connected to an echo dot (Alexa) that includes a premium Spotify subscription.
You can command Alexa to play music from Spotify. Personal speakers / boom boxes are not allowed.
Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the noise and music at a reasonable level.
Playground
Medium-sized treehouse with slide and climbing wall. 3 9-ft swings, including a tandem swing.
Zip Line
The zip line is exclusively for use by children under the weight of 100lbs.
Zip lines are extremely dangerous if overloaded; anyone using the zip line improperly will be asked to leave the property immediately for their own safety.
Premium Amenities
If you chose to reserve one or more of our premium amenities during your visit, the details are below. If you would like to add one of these during your visit, please message through Swimply chat.
Pool Heater
There is an echo dot (Alexa) on the patio that you can use to heat the pool.
To turn on the heater, say “Alexa, heat the pool.”
To turn off the heater, say “Alexa, turn off the pool heater.”
The heater heats the pool at about 2.5 degrees/hour.
Hot Tub
The Jacuzzi J365 is located on the patio, underneath a shady arbor.
Hot tub will be heated to 100 on your arrival. You can use the controls on the hot tub to change temperature, and turn on lights and jets.
Fire Pit
Firewood and 1 fire starter are provided.
Fire Table
Please feel free to move the fire table to where you would like it to be on the patio.
The fire table should never be placed in the pool.
To start the fire table burning:
- Find the black knob on the outside face of the table, below the table surface.
- Push the knob into the table while turning the knob slightly counter-clockwise, until you hear gas flowing.
- Wait 2-3 seconds, and then turn the knob further to ignite a spark (you will hear a click).
- Keep your body and face away from the burner area while doing this to avoid injury.
- If this fails, turn the knob all the way back clockwise to the stop, and try again
- Once the flame is going, continue to hold the knob in for 10-15 seconds
- Use the knob to adjust the flame height to your preference
If you run out of propane, there is a fresh tank on site. If this happens, please message through Swimply chat, and we will bring out a refilled tank.
Outdoor TV
65″ Roku TV with local channels and Amazon Prime Video subscription.
Feel free to also login with your Netflix / Sling / YouTube / etc subscription.

There is a mini refrigerator/freezer available on the patio.
